On the Customer Portal you will find an overview of all your active transport bookings. This web platform offers you a 24/7 real-time overview of the status of your transport bookings and all current information on your containers in the transport process. Recently, it has also become possible to submit your bookings via the platform and compile reports.
Do you prefer to integrate all information directly into your own software system? An API (Application Programming Interface) system link makes this possible. This saves manual operations and prevents errors. Connect to one of the Container Status APIs that HPEI offers from Willebroek, Duisburg, Venlo and Rotterdam to track your container at all times within the HPEI Port-to-Door network.
This tool gives you the opportunity to check in advance whether the shipping company reference is known before handing in or picking up an empty container at one of our hinterland terminals. This can prevent any waiting hours or unsuccessful journeys.
